The FirstView PC607V runs on Windows CE besides Android 1.4. The tablet costs only $95 and sports a resistive touchscreen that supports finger-input. Yeah, scattered along the main halls of CeBIT 2010 are dozens of Taiwanese and Chinese consumer electronics resellers looking to sell products to the new customers in the planet. Forsa and Huawei were also there with their own cheap Android tablets.
